Once extraction is complete, the built-in centrifugal recirculation pump clarifies the coffee and directs it through a false bottom filter to remove sediment before transfer to a holding tank.

For high-capacity models (217 gallons / 7 bbl and above), the Pomeroy adds a coffee ground hydrator, integrated brew deck, and CIP cleaning ring for maximum convenience and professional-grade performance.
