Placing Orders for Goods

  • By placing an Order, You warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Orders for reasons including:

Order Cancellation Rights:

  • Cancellations apply only to Goods returned in the same condition received.
  • Damaged or used items beyond opening packaging are not refundable.
  • Reimbursements will be made within 14 days using the same payment method.

You cannot cancel Orders for:

  • Custom or personalized Goods
  • Perishable, non-returnable, or health/hygiene items once unsealed
  • Goods inseparably mixed with other items
  • Digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium once performance has begun

Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

  • We update our offerings regularly but cannot guarantee accuracy of prices, descriptions, images, specifications, or availability.
  • We may revise information at any time without prior notice.

Pricing Policy

  • Prices may change before Order acceptance.
  • Prices may also be revised after Order acceptance due to factors outside our control (government action, customs duties, shipping charges, exchange rates, etc.). You may cancel in such cases.

Payments

  • All Goods require one-time payment via accepted methods (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, etc.).
