Reporting Returns: Return requests must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Requests after this period cannot be accepted.
Restocking Fee: A minimum 30% restocking fee applies to returns, including orders canceled or refused after shipment, or returns due to incorrect shipment information.
Eligibility: Only uninstalled, unused products in their original packaging (box, pallet, and all included accessories) are eligible for return. Returns without original packaging are not eligible.
Non-Eligible Products: Modified items, products not in resalable condition, or items missing an Order Number or original packaging cannot be returned. Certain accessories such as range hood extensions, short kits, and filters are also non-returnable.
Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged, take clear photos of the box upon delivery. Report damages within 24 hours for prompt resolution.
Exchange Policy
