Shipping policy

At Prime Brewing Co., we are committed to providing a seamless shipping experience for our customers. Below is an overview of our shipping policy:

Free Shipping to the Lower 48 USA

Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders to the lower 48 contiguous states of the USA. Orders will be delivered via FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or the most affordable available provider.

Important: Carriers deliver curbside only and will not bring packages into your home, garage, or elsewhere. Please arrange assistance if needed.

Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time will be processed same business day.
  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping Time: 2–7 business days
  • Total Delivery Time: 3–10 business days after placing your order

Tracking numbers will be emailed within 2–4 business days of order placement. Use the tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

LTL Shipments

Large or heavy items, such as furniture, electronics, or items over 155 lbs, will ship via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment, and someone must be present to sign for the shipment.

Damaged Packages

If your package shows visible damage upon delivery:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged box.
  2. Refuse the package and note damages with the delivery driver on the Bill of Lading or Freight Bill.
  3. Email support@primebrewingcompany.co with your issue and photos.

Note: Damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Return Policy

  • All products must be returned in original, unused condition, never installed, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
  • Refunds are issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return.
  • Return shipping charges are not refundable.

Shipping Zones

  • Free shipping applies only to the 48 contiguous states.
  • Shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or other US territories.
  • International shipping (including Canada) is not available.
  • Returns for shipments outside our shipping range will not be honored.
